Connect the car once
The car is linked to the right vehicle and the right agreement. A one-off — nothing is installed in the car.
Start in the app
The driver starts the fill-up or the charge at the pump or the charger. A finished driving log — without anyone filling anything in.
The right fill-up on the right car
The fill-up is logged against the right car, and the app shows which fuel the car is approved for. Deviations show immediately.
Payment and a finished record
Payment goes through the platform and the record is created automatically — receipt, driving log and report are ready without manual work.

Route A — our card or the app. If the fill-up is paid with our card or directly in the app, the receipt is born in our system already. Amount, litres and station are there from the first second.
Route B — the customer's own card. If a separate payment card is used, the transaction is picked up and matched to the right car and fill-up automatically.
Route C — app session and e-receipt. For an app-started fill-up, the station's e-receipt is linked to the session. No paper receipt to keep.
What the fuel company usually asks about at the pump is registered automatically. No questions to answer, no numbers to key in.
What happens when the car is electric?The same rails — and a possible revenue.
Charging runs on the same rails as fuel: the same control, the same log, the same reporting. You do not change systems when you change drivetrain.
When the electric car stands still it can also sell electricity and flexibility back to the grid (V2G) — a parked car becomes a small revenue instead of only a cost. The technology is early, but the direction is clear.
