The answer depends on who you are, and it differs completely. Companies pay a subscription per vehicle. Rental companies pay no fee at all and instead earn on every litre. For private individuals the app is free.

No hassle, nothing installed
The car connects wirelessly. Nothing is installed in the car, and everything needed is registered automatically.
Theft protection
Catches the wrong vehicle, deviating fill-ups and purchases that are not fuel — automatically. Which fuel the car is approved for is shown in the app.
Receipt sync
All fill-ups are synced and become a finished invoice tied to the right vehicle and agreement.
Expense reports
Automatic, audit-proof driving logs — exported straight to Visma or Fortnox.
CSRD data
Audit-ready CO₂ data per vehicle plus proof of the green share. Ready when the year ends.

What we earn beyond running the company goes into building new charging.

One stopped fill-up a month often pays the subscription for the whole fleet.
Theft protection alone usually pays for the platform. Everything else — admin saved, CSRD data and a lower fuel cost — comes on top of that. Rental companies and private individuals pay no subscription at all, so for them there is nothing to recoup.
